Burgundy Paper Delicate 1930s Vintage Hand Fan

This is a beautiful vintage hand fan estimated from the 1930s.  It is made of a crinkled paper material and one side has a black painted design with hints of glitter and felt dots.  There are little ribbon bows on each end and a ribbon attached on the handle.  The arms appear to be bamboo.  There is a very faded marking on one arm that appears to be old initials, possibly an old logo.  It is a delicate fan but still functional.
